Up Bouldering Pants

The Up crew revisited the bouldering pant with an eye for the small details that actually matter when you climb.

Working alongside Montreal-based fashion designers, we dialed in every feature to make these legit climbing pants—from the elastic waistband and gusseted inseam to double-layered knees built to take a beating.

We double-tacked the pocket stitching, fine-tuned the Velcro closures, beefed up the ankle cuff elastics, and even made sure the phone pocket fits most modern iPhones (yes, we thought of that).

And for the finishing touch? A metal buckle that nods to the hardware on your crash pad.

Blending form and function the way only a real climbing crew can, we tested these through knee drops and kneebars, high-steps and heel hooks. These pants move when you move—and hold up when it counts.
